Q.Can I just turn up, or do I need to book?
The best way to plan a bathroom is with someone's full attention, so we recommend arranging a visit first — call 01799 520504 or email shop@saffronbathrooms.co.uk and we'll find a time that suits you. It means the owner can sit with you properly and work through your project.
Q.What do you actually sell — just bathrooms?
Bathrooms are the heart of it, but there's much more: kitchens, tiles, flooring, underfloor heating, hot tubs and chill tubs, and saunas. It means you can plan a whole renovation with one local team rather than chasing several suppliers.
Q.Do you design the bathroom, or just supply the products?
Both. We offer a free, no-obligation design service and quotation — we'll plan the layout and specify the products around your space and budget — then supply everything and arrange installation. One joined-up relationship from first idea to finished room.
Q.Do you install, or do I arrange my own fitter?
Installation is carried out by local professionals we work with, so the bathroom you designed with us can be fitted by people we trust. If you'd prefer to supply-only and use your own trades, that's absolutely fine too.
Q.How much will it cost?
Every project starts with your budget, not the dearest option on the shelf. The family's whole approach is a dream bathroom 'at a budget to suit'. Our design service and quotation are free and no-obligation, so you'll know exactly what it costs before you commit.
Q.Do you supply hot tubs and saunas too?
Yes. Alongside bathrooms and kitchens we supply hot tubs and chill tubs, and saunas — so if you're planning a garden room, a wellness space or a full home renovation, it's all available from the same local showroom.
